Steven Lake was born and raised in Palisades/Malibu, California, and called Venice home for most of his adult life, Steven has been exploring the Califonia lifestyle behind his lens for over 20 years. His professional experience has found him creating cont for renowned national brands, stills for commercials, features, and products, as well as documenting special occasions with an editorial style. He regularly contributes imagery to films, lifestyle products, and food blogs. His own fine artwork is inspired by the vibrant skate and surf culture of Venice, with an eye for coaxing a compelling story from a single image.
