Want to re-live a time when a carriage ride was the way to travel? The Walnut Hill Farm Carriage Competition scheduled August 5-9 2015, offers a patron package for the 2015 Event. The package includes six passes to all five days (10 performance sessions) of the competition; membership privileges in the Patrons Club Tent, where guests may purchase both fine spirits and a deliciously-prepared lunch that will please the most discriminating palate; a Walnut Hill Program; and a special souvenir memento of the visit to this year's Competition. The package is not exchangeable or refundable. High bidder is requested to complete a form and send it to Tricia Remley-White, Chair of the Event, so that tickets, class schedule, and other appropriate information will arrive prior to the beginning of the 2015 Walnut Hill Farm Carriage Competition. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED on any items in the WXXI Auction. Certificates will be mailed directly to winning bidders at no additional cost. Bidders who have won Merchandise items (items with an M in front of the item number) will be contacted at the conclusion of the Auction to arrange shipping for an additional fee. The WXXI Auction will ship via FedEx Express, if the bidder prefers a different shipping method they must arrange shipping and contact the Auction with the appropriate details. Merchandise items can also be picked-up at WXXI on the publicized open pick-up dates or by appointment. All Merchandise must be picked up by July 31, 2015.
