Item Description

Jim Koch first brewed Boston Lager in his kitchen in 1984. In a beer landscape full of light lagers, he knew he had something different on his hands with this rich, complex, and balanced family recipe. After coming across an abandoned lot in Jamaica Plain, he settled into what is now the Boston Brewery to start the beer revolution. Join us in our Bier Keller as we bring together two age-old pleasures: beer and cheese. Our Boston Brewery is home to craft research and
development and our Bier Keller is no exception. Learn about our barrel-aging process and history, and sample 3 brewery exclusive beers paired with 2 local cheeses. To top it off, we send you home with a can of our Barrel Aged
Marzen and a special keepsake glass. Available: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Experience Includes:

  • The Fairmont Copley Plaza 3-Night Stay for (2)
  • Daily Breakfast for (2)
  • Samuel Adams Brewery Bier Keller Experience in Boston for (2)
  • Dinner at Fairmont Copley Oak Long Bar + Kitchen for (2)
