Enjoy a private dinner with wine and craft cocktails for 20 guests prepared by Chef Kealoha Domingo at his new venue "Nui Kealoha: He Wahi Pu Pa`akai," located inside the beautiful Capitol Modern in Honolulu, Oahu. 

ABOUT CHEF KEALOHA DOMINGO:

Chef Kealoha has earned praise and recognition across Hawaii and beyond and is celebrated for his work as a Native Hawaiian Chef and for preparaion of mea ai (food) that is intentional, culturally aligned, beautifully presented and delicious. Known for menus that are locally sourced whenever possible with highlights on traditional Hawaiian and Indigenous ingredients. Chef Kealoha has been featured and participated in many culinary events including multiple appearances in the annual Hawaii Food & Wine Festival, The Hawaii Food Bank Gala, Muu at the Museum, 8x8 at Shangri la and many other auspicious community events.

Chef Kealoha has had the honor of being a featured Chef at the coveted James Beard House in New York, participated in a collaboration dinner in Turin Italy and additionaly, has participated in other events on the continental U.S. and Internationally including the Indigenous Slow Foods gathering in Hualien, Taiwan.

Chef Kealoha has been featured in multiple media platforms such as the Smithsonian Institute, PBS, Honolulu Magazine, Vogue and the New York Times. He can also be found featured in award winning books titled "The Blue Zones Kitchen" by Dan Buettner and "Island Wisdom" by Kainoa Daines and Annie Daly.
