Located in Canton, Maine, Ultimate Dogsledding Experience just received a 2025 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award!  They chose to support us with this experience because MANY of their dogs are rescues as well saved from terrible situations.

Your journey will include one sled for:

• 2.5 Hour Adventure from Start to Finish
• 20 Minute Meet and Greet in our Micro Kennel
• 90 Minutes of Guided Sled time on the trails
• A Delightful S'mores Board to enjoy Fireside on your 30 minute break in the Woods
• 10 Minutes for Goodbyes and pets for your Sled Dog Team
• Complimentary Coffee, Cocoa, & Tea to warm up Afterward
• Unlimited Doggy cuddles inside of our Gift Shop!

Each sled can comfortably accommodate up to 400 lbs total—typically:

• 2 Adults, or
  1 Adult with 2 small Children, or
  2 Adults with 1 toddler-sized Child

The certificate is valid for any Sunday, Monday, Thursday, or Friday booking.  There is no expiration date.

Begin your adventure with an inside look at the life of a sled dog!
Tour our micro kennel, where you'll meet members of our Sled Dog Family, see what their home life is like, and learn about their history, routines, and the deep bond they share with their Mushers.

After 20 minutes of immersive interaction and Q&A, your Guide and Dog Team will arrive. Feel their excitement build as they prepare to hit the trails, while you settle into one of our handcrafted dog sleds — many built with love by the owner’s Father! Each sled is outfitted with custom memory foam cushions, warm blankets, and a windproof, weather resistant sled bag to keep the wind and cold off from you.

As your sled glides through 250 acres of private woodland trails, feel the magic of winter come alive.
Twist and turn through narrow forest paths that evoke the spirit of traditional backwoods dogsledding. Watch your dog team light up with joy as they run, pull, and work together — doing what they love most and leading you on a true winter adventure.

After 45 minutes on the trail, You will arrive at our Woodland Break spot! Enjoy 30 minutes Gathering around smoke-free fire pits to warm up and toast marshmallows from a delightful s’mores board. Your Sled team will enjoy their break and a treat as well!

After an additional 45 Minutes on the trail navigating the twists and turns of the tight Woodland trails, return to share a quiet moment with your team. Enjoy 10 minutes of heartfelt bonding — giving well earned praise and goodbye pets to the incredible athletes who made your Adventure possible!. Treats are always welcome as a thank you for a job well done!
Afterward, step inside to warm up with complimentary hot cocoa, coffee, or tea! There are more Sled Dogs awaiting your company — feel free to relax, snap some photos, and stay as long as you like!

Item Special Note

Winners will be automatically notified at the close of auction.  Those attending the Rescue Reunion can pick up their items at the event.  Those who are not in attendance will be contacted on Monday, September 15th to make arrangements for local pick up or shipping.  Please contact mindy@gdrne.com with an auction related questions.
